Yesterday's Eats...
Before Bootcamp........Greek yogurt and fruit.
After Bootcamp (I was starving!), so I had some more protein...
Egg whites, cheese......
Lunch was a salad with a little chicken, feta, tomatoes.....and one talespoon of my Tzatziki . I could eat this stuff on Toast! (actually, that sounds gross)

And then later.......a few soy chips.....
Dinner was a new discovery! I combined a few recipes together and came up with this. I can't wait to make it again. Healthy....Easy....Delicious!

I gave myself a 4 oz pour with dinner. It's good for my heart and we were celebrating. We moved into our house 13 years ago this week! It was one alcohol exception this week, and I included it in my daily points!
Table for two please! (kitchen bar and a couple of stools will work too)
Refresh...I can eat 26 points a day.
I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise.
I have an allowance of 49 points that I can dip into if I chose.
I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

I know that feeling! All this working out makes me feel awesome and sexy on the inside :-) then I look in the mirror :-(
