I fixed myself a small plate at the luncheon after the grave side service. There were drinks available, but I passed.
When I came home, all I wanted to do was eat some comfort food and sit on the deck with a glass of wine, but I made a low point grilled cheese sandwich with some carrots on the side instead, and drank a Diet Coke.
Still wanting some comfort food for dinner, we ordered take-out from Jose Peppers. I only ate half.
I am on my way to my meeting, but according to my scale at home, I might have stayed the same. I did NOT get my miles walked this week like I have been doing, and the other exercises didn't happen like I had planned either. But I did NOT eat all of my points, so my results this week might be a little hard to understand?
I had an appointment scheduled to start working with a personal trainer, but I had to reschedule that for next week. I am anxious to get started working with him and see how my body will start to change, and get back to Bootcamp.
