(Forgot to take my picture before I ate, but it was a Starbuck's Skinny Latte and Watermelon and Grapefruit in the parking lot after my WW Meeting. I NEVER eat before a weigh in!!)

Lunch
I waited WAY too long to eat lunch. It was after 2:00 by the time I was done with my Friday errands, and all I could think about was my leftover Veggie Mac and Cheese, but the Mac and Cheese part was all I was really thinking about!! This serving is 9 PPV!

I put it in the microwave while I put away groceries and chopped up the salad I had made at the salad bar. Then I decided to just pick out the veggies and enjoy some of that cheesiness and a few noodles, then I threw this part out.

Refresh...I can eat 26 points a day.
I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.
I have an allowance of 49 points that I can dip into if I chose.
I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

Dinner = Sunset Grill.....Grilled Chicken Skewers, Zucchini, Bell Peppers,
Red Onion, Broccoli (10)
Snack = 40 Apple Cinnamon Sticks, Hot Tea (4)
I just have to guess on Dinner. I order the lunch portion and it comes with roasted new potatoes. I sub the potatoes for steamed broccoli and the just mix it all together. The only points are the Chicken and the Teriyaki Sauce?

Actually, Mike had a really great night. Dinner out, Royals on one TV, Golf on the other, Live Music, a Free Drink Sample, and a Hot Babe sitting beside him. I was on his other side.

I am so impressed with your commitment. I like the food photos, too. I think it is helpful to see the quantity and types of food you are eating. I think for someone that is looking to you for inspiration, it helps them see what portions look like and that they can be creative and still lose weight. I have never figured out what is too many glasses of water. I know there is such a thing as too much, I've heard of people being addicted to water...what?? Really?? But I have no idea what that means. I don't think I have been drinking enough water, lately. Thanks for reminding me!!
ReplyDeleteYou got this thing! 12.4 pounds in 11 weeks? Hell Yeah!! I need to lose a few pounds myself. YOU are inspiring ME to be more disciplined!! I have not lost my China Trip weight yet!! Gotta get busy. I need to get back down to 150 by the end of August so we can celebrate together!!
