Tonight I just mixed a bunch of stuff up....
These are my favorite Tortilla's because they are only 2 PPV, and they just taste so darn good. (Walmart, bottom shelf)
Added a bit of Lite Mexican Cheese from Trader Joe's and red bell pepper.
Cheese...1/8 cup = 1 PPV
Topped with some black beans.
