Breakfast in bed. It's NOT just for vacation. :)
English Muffin topped with egg beaters, turkey sausage and cheese. A little ketchup for dipping.
Then the mutts and I headed out for a much needed walk. We took the hilly grassy route. I zigged and I zagged up and down all the hills trying to make the most of my eagerness to get some exercise in today. When the dogs had had enough, we came home. I dropped them off and headed back out. The cool fresh air surprisingly felt good, and I figured since I was in the mood, I might as well continue. The amount of goose poop I encountered on the neighborhood path made for a nice obstacle course and improved my lower body workout.
I had coffee with milk (and drank lots of water) and a banana when I got home.
