Breakfast burrito!
Peanut butter and banana or add an apple...yum.
How about a quesadilla?
Maybe a chopped apple topped with a little cinnamon.

Today I made a wrap with a little hummus, some deli turkey, and some romaine for crunch! I'll eat chips once in a while, but I have been substituting these carrot chips, and they do the job!
Just a whole bunch of crunch!
