I Love Unexpectedly Delicious!

Let me first start out with WW Weigh in results.
169.8.

I just didn't want to weigh 170 anything. So it's all good.

That gives me 15 weeks to lose 19.8 pounds.
That's 1.3 pounds a week. Totally doable.

No fluff today, just food, the PPV, and hopefully, a little creativity.

On the way to my meeting, I grabbed a Starbucks Misto.

Cleaning out the fridge and looking for something healthy to throw together can sometimes end up a big glob of ick. Not today!

Sautéed red onion, spinach and bell pepper, with a little taco meat added in.

Tossed on top of egg whites with a wedge of WW jalapeño cheese.

Folded over and topped with sliced avocado and salsa!

All with a side of sliced peaches!

  1. Your food always looks so good! Just goes to prove that noone needs to starve themselves to lose weight! I have been slipping up on getting in my veggies so that is my goal for this coming week...eat more veggies!!

  2. It's easy to slip up on that. The Boot camp I am doing challenges you to have two goals outside of your workouts. Mine two are all about getting in the water, and getting in the fruits and veggies. Urg. But I realize when I do both of these, I am honestly never hungry, well, except when I wake up in the morning. ALWAYS starving then. :)
