Psych......something???

I swear at times I think I'm psychotic, no wait.....I have psychosis? No, that's not it either. Okay, actually, I Googled psychosis, and maybe I do have that. There are moments that I have a word in my head, but it won't come out of my mouth.....it's psych....something......

PSYCHIC!! That's it! I think I'm Psychic!

I was really nervous about today's weigh in. I gained a bit last week and went to 170.8, and I wanted to be back where I was the week before that......167.2. I don't want anymore 170's. Early in the week, I weighed a home and the scale said 166. I was pretty sure my scale was broken. I woke up this morning at 4:30 am and wanted to get on my scale, but I thought I should wait until at least 7:00 am......because I might still be losing weight! My stomach was growling, and when it growls like that, I imagine my body burning fat while I just lay there.

(Holy Crap! I think I just defined Psychosis!)

So I went back to sleep. Then I had a dream that I woke up and got on the scale and it said 165! Then I woke up.....in real life.....and my stomach was in knots from curiosity. I got up and weighed. The scale was going back and forth between 166 and 165, and I'm thinking......scale, don't jack with me!

Then I went to my meeting.

165.8!

I AM PSYCHIC!

So, no beers, lots of water, lots of fruits and veggies, and lots of exercise makes you lose weight. That's weird.

More later!

Have an awesome Friday!
