A Great Tuesday!

I have nothing really to ramble on about today, so since I am posting pictures of food again, here's what I ate yesterday!

Breakfast



Sweaty, but pleased after my 6 mile walk.

Refresh...I can eat 26 points a day.
I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.
I have an allowance of 49 points that I can dip into if I chose.
I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

Today's Exercise

Walked 6 miles
150 painful crunches
6 (30 second) Planks
15 minutes Physical Therapy

Breakfast = Coffee with Milk, Cheesy Egg Whites, Watermelon (3)
Snack = WW Smoothie, 1/2 Cup Ice, 1 Cup Water, 1 Cup Frozen Berries,
2 Chunks Frozen Banana for that creamy consistency (2)
Lunch = Tuna Salad, Romaine, Carrots, Cherries, Avocado (5)
Snack = WW Mini Fudge Bar (1)
Snack = Cherries (0)
Dinner = Baked Coconut Chicken with Pineapple Salsa, Roasted Potatoes, Salad with Cara Cara Orange Vanilla White Balsamic Vinegar (13)
Snack = WW Mini Fudge Bar(1)

Total = 25

Activity Points Earned Today = 7
Activity Points Earned This Week = 29
Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 35
How many glasses of water I drank today = 9
ALCOHOL consumption = NONE!
