"The Weight of my Weight" is an acknowledgement of how my weight has effected me throughout my life. Weight Watcher's Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
I use this as fruit dip ALL the time. I like to add a dash of cinnamon and eat with apple slices.
It's light and refreshing and sweet! Taste more like pudding than yogurt to me!
A serving size on the package is 1 Cup for 3 PPV.
1/3 Cup = 1 PPV.
1/3 Cup is plenty for a snack with some fresh fruit.
