Focus on the Power foods

Weight watchers really focuses on power foods. Mostly that includes fruits and vegetables, lean meats, whole grains, skim milk and non-fat yogurts. I do know that when I plan and work those in each day, I am much more successful at the scale.

Today is Super Bowl Sunday and I know we are going to friends, but I have no idea what snacks will be lurking around while I am there, so I'm trying to save most points for the evening.
