Maybe we can hook up tonight.<br /><br />Consuming a minimum number of calories a day, as a rule, is important. If you don't eat enough your body can try to hang on to it's reserves (fat) because it thinks you are going into a period of famine. Eating fewer points than your allotment for a couple of days, particularly after you ate over your allotment over the weekend, is not going to hurt you, so I wouldn't worry about it. You just don't want to eat too few calories on a regular basis or your metabolism will decrease making it harder to lose weight in the long run. <br /><br />All the PT and treadmill training you are doing is great and will go a long way towards offsetting a decrease in metabolism. Not only are you burning calories while you are exercising, you are raising your metabolism so that you are burning more calories while you're resting, too.
